{"id":66,"date":"2023-05-30T00:42:05","date_gmt":"2023-05-29T23:42:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/scmcantanhede.pt\/?page_id=66"},"modified":"2026-06-01T08:17:11","modified_gmt":"2026-06-01T07:17:11","slug":"inscricao-creche","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.scmcantanhede.pt\/?page_id=66","title":{"rendered":"Inscri\u00e7\u00e3o Creche"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ANO LETIVO 2026\/2027 <\/strong>\u2013 In\u00edcio: 1\u00ba dia \u00fatil de Junho (1.06.2025), as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00f3 podem ser realizadas ap\u00f3s o nascimento das crian\u00e7as e obten\u00e7\u00e3o do NISS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com a data de nascimento das crian\u00e7as (2025\/2024\/2023) e a resposta social de Creche, as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser realizadas utilizando o formul\u00e1rio abaixo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nota: Dever\u00e1 possuir o documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da crian\u00e7a para proceder ao preenchimento do formul\u00e1rio de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pode consultar a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o relativa \u00e0 inscri\u00e7\u00e3o em <a href=\"https:\/\/scmcantanhede.pt\/?page_id=145\">\u00c1rea Reservada \u2013 Servi\u00e7os Administrativos.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;A inscri\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser realizada a partir do momento em que a crian\u00e7a possui N\u00famero de Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Seguran\u00e7a Social <strong>(NISS)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Antes de come\u00e7ar a preencher o formul\u00e1rio, tenha presente<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da crian\u00e7a;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Poder\u00e1 precisar dos seguintes documentos comprovativos<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Comprovativo de crian\u00e7a com defici\u00eancia \/ incapacidade, se aplic\u00e1vel;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Comprovativo em como a crian\u00e7a tem m\u00e3e e pai <strong>estudantes menores<\/strong>, ou benefici\u00e1rios de assist\u00eancia pessoal no \u00e2mbito de <strong>AVI <\/strong>ou crian\u00e7as em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>acolhimento ou em casa abrigo<\/strong>, se aplic\u00e1vel;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Comprovativo em como a crian\u00e7a tem irm\u00e3os (do mesmo agregado) que frequentam uma resposta na mesma entidade, se aplic\u00e1vel;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. A crian\u00e7a \u00e9 <strong>benefici\u00e1ria da PSG para a Inf\u00e2ncia e \/ou com abono de fam\u00edlia para crian\u00e7as<\/strong><strong>e jovens (1\u00ba e 2\u00ba escal\u00f5es)<\/strong>, cujo encarregado de educa\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>resida comprovadamente<\/strong>, na \u00e1rea de influ\u00eancia da resposta social, se aplic\u00e1vel;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. A crian\u00e7a \u00e9 <strong>benefici\u00e1ria da PSG para a Inf\u00e2ncia e \/ou com abono de fam\u00edlia para crian\u00e7as e jovens (1\u00ba e 2\u00ba escal\u00f5es), cujo encarregado de educa\u00e7\u00e3o desenvolvam a atividade, <\/strong>se aplic\u00e1vel;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6<strong>. <\/strong>A crian\u00e7a pertence a <strong>agregado monoparental ou fam\u00edlia numerosa<\/strong>, cujo encarregado de educa\u00e7\u00e3o resida comprovadamente, na \u00e1rea influ\u00eancia da resposta social, se aplic\u00e1vel;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. A crian\u00e7a cujo encarregado de educa\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>resida, comprovadamente,<\/strong> na \u00e1rea influ\u00eancia da resposta social, se aplic\u00e1vel;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.
